Troop 39 serves
the city of Russellville, Alabama. The
Troop is chartered by First United
Methodist Church and is a member of
the Greater Alabama Council of the Boy
Scouts of America. Troop meetings are held at
5:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights
at First United Methdist Church in downtown
Russellville. Troop 39 also 'gives
back' to the community through a variety of
troop and eagle community service projects
including park repair/restoration projects, tree
plantings, flag ceremonies and assistance at
local community

submit a name for inclusion on the list.

Board of Review and Court
of Honor |
|
Troop 39
encourages advancement at all levels of
Scouting, whether it be helping with the Cub
Scouts of Pack 39 or giving instruction to our
own members. Troop 39 regularly schedules
Boards of Review and Courts of Honor to reward
those boys that have worked hard and have taken
another step on the Eagle Trail. Click here

Special Swine Flu Statement for Troop 39
Special Announcement!!!
In case the Russellville City School system closes because of the Swine Flu, Troop 39 WILL NOT MEET while the school is closed. Troop 39 will monitor the Public Health Department and will only meet when it is safe for all members.
Congratulations to New Tenderfoots
Troop 39 wants to congratulate Braden Esquivel and Charlie Gordon on passing their Tenderfoot Board of Review. These two have taken their first step on the Trail to Eagle.
